Please read the information below before submitting a request.
How to submit a marketing request
- Submit a creative/marketing request by clicking the button on the right side of this page.
- The request will be submitted to the Marketing scrum board backlog (queue).
- The Marketing team will review your request and follow-up within 1-2 days with an updated ETA or follow-ups if necessary.
- If you have submitted a request during a sprint your request will be included in the following sprint or subsequent sprint(s) depending on priority (exceptions are urgent tasks such as site/pages down or small tasks such as image resizing, logo resizing, quick photo edits, etc.).
- Please fill out the form entirely and remember there is no such thing as being too detailed so please do not spare us the details!
