About the Job

The Junior Project Manager, will help to conceptualize and oversee multiple projects within our organization for our SMB and Sports channels. They will perform project management operations and strategic planning to meet project goals. Provide overall strategic governance for projects by following standards, processes, and tools for effective project delivery. The Project Manager uses established methodologies to meet productivity and quality targets and to assess results for all projects and external stakeholders. Responds to project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions. Additionally, the Project Manager monitors and analyzes project metrics and SLAs to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose operational improvements and cost savings for future processes and projects.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the overall success of the Project Management aspect of our SMB and Sports projects, meeting and exceeding client needs and key project deliverables
  • Develop and implement client-focused strategies to support business growth
  • Maintain clear communication regarding partner project status for both internal and external use
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Support SMB and Sports efforts to ensure proposals are accurate in advance of delivery to clients
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Align performance to assigned KPI goals individually and for your team
  • Complete LEAN training and participate in continuous improvement projects when you see the potential to eliminate waste
  • Perform additional duties, as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to learn the sign & wholesale business and how they operate
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
  • Must be experienced in standard project management methodologies
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to gather information and grasp complex technical and financial issues
  • Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills
  • Energetic, passionate about their work and opportunity to contribute to the success of the company
  • Results-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed work environment
  • Tactical attention to details and quality
  • Certification in project management is preferred (i.e. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
  • Impeccable business and personal ethics and values
  • Practical knowledge of general technology
  • Working knowledge of GoogleSuite and CRMs/Salesforce

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Close visual focus required
  • The position requires the use of a headset, computer, and keyboard for the duration of a work day
