The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our long and short-term digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Your central goal is to optimize our marketing funnels to increase lead and opportunity generation while increasing our brand awareness and loyalty.

Job Duties

  • Lead and execute our digital strategy across paid and owned channels to drive awareness, consideration and adoption of our products. 
  • Manage paid media campaigns across all digital channels, ensuring campaigns are pacing on-target and are in a constant state of testing and evolution
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) compile reports for management showing results
  • Monitor and identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience running successful paid media campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices (PPC, SEO, Email, Programmatic Display, Social) and proven understanding of paid media strategy and the marketing funnel
  • Good understanding of search, display, and social media KPIs beyond simple in platform engagement metrics
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush, WebTrends and other tools )
  • Proficient knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot and other tools)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Close visual focus required

  • $70K - $80K plus corporate bonus potential
