The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in planning, implementing, and monitoring our long and short-term digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Your central goal is to optimize our marketing funnels to increase lead and opportunity generation while increasing our brand awareness and loyalty.

Job Duties

  • Execute our digital strategy across paid and owned channels to drive awareness, consideration and adoption of our products
  • Manage paid media campaigns across all digital channels, ensuring campaigns are pacing on-target and are in a constant state of testing and evolution
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and compile reports for management showing results
  • Monitor and identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance, based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Assist in planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience running successful paid media campaigns (B2B experience a plus)
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices (PPC, SEO, Email, Programmatic Display, Social) and proven understanding of paid media strategy and the marketing funnel
  • Good understanding of search, display, and social media KPIs beyond simple in platform engagement metrics
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Familiar with UX and conversion rate optimization best practices (e.g. optimizing landing pages and user funnels)
  • Familiar with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush, WebTrends and other tools)
  • Working  knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot and other tools)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Close visual focus required
  • The position requires the use of a headset, computer, and keyboard for the duration of a work day
